We have now been hosting speech and debate programs for over 2 years!
In the summer of 2024, we hosted our first ever summer camps! We had a total of 15 students attend our camps, and they learned a variety of skills including public speaking, argumentation, and critical thinking. The students had a blast and we received great feedback from both students and parents. Students also had fun participating in a mini-tournament at the end of the week!
In 2025, we hosted our second round of summer camps! Building on the success of 2024, we expanded our program to include more students and additional activities. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and we saw significant growth in student confidence and skills.
Through our first online camp, we reached students outside of Reno, allowing us to expand our community and impact.
